Our Services
We offer a variety of services designed to support students’ emotional, personal, social, and academic well-being. Guided by a holistic approach to mental health and personal development, we provide primarily short-term counseling and therapy to help students navigate challenges, build healthy coping skills, and make the most of their college experience.
Students seek counseling for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship concerns, trauma, academic challenges, substance use, identity exploration and more. No concern is too small to discuss. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply need a supportive space to process your thoughts and feelings, the Counseling Center is here to help you navigate life's challenges and thrive throughout your college journey.
