TELEHEALTH SERVICES

FamilyWorks is now offering Telehealth services! While we do meet clients face to face, we are also offering Telehealth services. The client must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted as a Telehealth client. 

Eligibility for Tele-Mental Health Services
ONE of the following must be true: ALL of the following must be true:
Does not have access to transportation 18 years old or older
Resides over 30 miles away Current resident in GA
Mobility issues (example:recovering for a medical procedure or illness that limits travel) Has required tech (headphones, microphone, video camera
Limited access to reliable childcare Reliable internet connection
Health concerns that make in-person appointments difficult *Note: Clients can use a cellphone for sessions if it has the appropriate technology and connection*
