Take action today to secure your benefits for 2027.  Review your options, complete your elections, and complete all required certifications.

Enrollment deadline- Friday, November 6, 2026

Your selected benefits will take effect January 1, 2027.

Important: Active Enrollment Required

Employees enrolling in a USG Medical Plan must actively elect benefits and complete the tobacco and spouse surcharge certifications. Don't assume your current elections will automatically meet the requirements.

Your 4-Step Enrollment Checklist

Complete each step before the November 6 deadline.

1. Review your 2027 benefits.  Understand plan options, coverage changes, and costs.

2. Make your benefit elections.  Sign in to and select your benefits.

3. Complete required certifications.  Submit tobacco and spouse surcharge certifications.

4. Verify your enrollment.  Review your selections and confirm successful submission.
