Teaching Interests:
My teaching interests lie at the intersection of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, where I aim to bridge theory and practice to help students understand, navigate, and shape the human dynamics within organizations. I am passionate about exploring how individual behavior, group dynamics, leadership, motivation, and organizational culture influence performance and well-being at work.
Research Interests:
My primary research centers on understanding how employees navigate work-family challenges, with a particular focus on the role of Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors (FSSB) in shaping employee outcomes. I am also interested in how organizational support can mitigate work-family conflict, enhance well-being, and improve performance.
