Dr. Rousseau’s teaching interests center on Strategic Management, complemented by Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, with a focus on applied learning.
Research Interests:
Dr. Rousseau’s research focuses on innovation, firm performance, and family business. Her scholarship has appeared in Family Business Review, International Journal of Innovation Management, Operations Management Research, and the Journal of Case Research and Inquiry, among others. She has coauthored pedagogical and case studies that bridge research and practice in management education, small business, and entrepreneurship.
