Teaching Interests:
I am currently teaching BUSA 4900 - Strategic Management and MGNT 4200 - Leadership Theory and Skills. I have also taught a variety of other courses including MGNT 3250 - Introduction to Management and Organizational Behavior, MGNT 3910 - Small Business Management, MGNT 4000 - Human Resource Management, MGNT 4660 - Training and Development, and MGNT 4700 - Quality Management.

Research Interests:
My research interests are primarily in the areas of organizational culture, business process improvement, organizational change and adaptation, and leadership development. I am particularly interested in extending principles of self-organization as defined in the physical sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, and ecology) to social systems, an especially business organizations as they compete in their respective industries.
